Event Location

Congress venue – Fieberbrunn Ballroom

The chosen festival venue is the Fieberbrunn Ballroom and its entire infrastructure (adjoining rooms, stage, technology, foyer ...)
It is in the middle of Fieberbrunn and just across from our partner hotels.

The ballroom is approximately 260m² and has an 80m² stage. It seats about 300 and is equipped with the latest audio and video technology, including an HD video projector and a 6-meter-wide video screen.
It will be used for the Congress, the opening banquet and the closing ceremony.

Technical Matters

The building has state-of-the-art video and audio technology with players for all the required formats, a High-Definition Video Projector, screen, public-address system and facilities for interpreters.

The precise technical information is still to be announced.

Cinema Tent

There are plans for a cinema tent in the town square, directly beside the main venue, which will relay films from the main screen and have its own programme for the benefit of those who are not delegates.
